Tanya + Steve

Tanya and Steve’s wedding was just picture perfect. Sleek, style-conscious,  sophisticated and just utterly gorgeous – right up my street!

They chose the beautiful Elmer’s Court in Lymington to tie the knot, and to celebrate afterwards. The day was beautiful and sunny, which worked perfectly for their Mediterranean theme.

I met Tanya in the morning to shoot the bridal preparations. They had the tunes blasting and the fizz flowing, I could tell it was going to be a good day! Tanya looked absolutely beautiful, with her hair done up in a sleek bun, to show off her gorgeous strapless wedding gown from Evalendel at Chameleon Bride. Hair by Ella and Mmamak Beauty studio provided the hair and makeup, and they did an awesome job. The bridal party all looked stunning, with Tanya in her long satin gown, and the bridesmaids in pretty champagne-toned dresses.

The ceremony itself was held outside, framed by wisteria in bloom. Steve looked dashing in his black tux, along with all his groomsmen. I love outdoor ceremonies in the summer! Afterwards, guests were treated to fantastic vocals from Beth Hendrick, whilst sipping champagne and enjoying canapes. A surprise performance from Singers Secreto put everyone in the party mood!

As the day turned into evening, Tanya and Steve and all their guests, headed outside to the champagne coupe tower. I was very excited for this, as I had been dying to shoot one! It didn’t disappoint! The couple poured the champagne, and toasted their wedding day. An excellent and chic alternative to cake-cutting – I’d definitely recommend 😉
