The Old Vicarage | Dorset wedding
Rosanna + Dave
Rosanna began her wedding morning getting ready at her parents’ home with her family and bridesmaids. She looked effortlessly elegant with her long, wavy hair and natural makeup, perfectly complementing her satin gown with stylish off-the-shoulder sleeves – a modern classic.
Her bridesmaids brought a beautiful splash of colour to the morning, each wearing a different tone, ranging from soft pastel green to rich emerald. Their gorgeous flower crowns added a whimsical, boho touch that tied everything together.
The traditional ceremony took place at St Andrews Church in Bournemouth, where Rosanna and Dave exchanged vows in front of all their family and friends. After the heartfelt ceremony, guests were treated to coffee and cake while the couple and I slipped away to The Old Vicarage for some romantic portraits.
The Old Vicarage was the perfect backdrop – a charming venue filled with floral archways, winding garden paths, and serene spots for portraits in the soft summer light.
The wedding breakfast was held in a beautifully styled marquee, where crisp white tablecloths and sage green runners created an elegant, fresh aesthetic. Weeping willow branches framed the entrance, and every table boasted show-stopping floral arrangements.
Speeches brought plenty of laughter, especially from the two best men, one of whom doubled as the couple’s talented videographer for the day! The whole celebration had a wonderfully relaxed and joyful atmosphere, with guests mingling and enjoying the gardens in the golden afternoon sun.
As the evening approached, the band arrived and set the stage for Rosanna and Dave’s first dance. Just before that, we managed to sneak in a few dreamy portraits in the evening light – the perfect end to a perfect day.
